This year, our partnership with UNIDO allows us to make Women Leadership Forum more international with speakers and participants from  around the world.  Our  common  goal  is  to  facilitate  a platform for networking and professional exchange of know-how. The event gathers roles models, leaders and aspiring professionals from the field of economy, business, finance and science to facilitate better access for women to professional resources and opportunities.

Women for prosperity: what is taking so long? The female economy is the world’s largest emerging market. Investing in women can unlock infinite potential around the globe!

 When women are economically empowered, they re-invest in their families and communities, producing a multiplier effect that spurs economic growth and contributes to peace and stability. Women represent a powerful source of economic growth and opportunity.

 

 

With this year’s topic we will touch following 7 SDGs:

The WOMEN LEADERSHIP FORUM will be held as a hybrid event - on-site and online - in accordance with the applicable government regulations and COVID-19 UNIDO rules to ensure the health and safety of all speakers and partners. This ensures also a high level of engagement and interaction among stakeholders and participants.

• Successful  women  entrepreneurs  –  how to gain better access to capital, markets, networks and mentorships

Success in business is not easy, especially for women, who face much more challenges, than men, among them lack of mentoring and funding. This master class will address the challenges women are facing when engaging in a business the practical solutions to these challenges.

 

• The power of female economy

This keynote intervention will explore ways to include more women into the mainstream of economic activity, boost access to finance for women and facilitate capacity building for reduced inequality and job creation.

 

• Shared prosperity: Enabling women in the economy

Women remain a rarity in leadership roles and gender pay gaps persist across levels in many industries. Women continue to face legal and cultural obstacles to owning land, opening a bank account, workforce participation and accessing products and services that could improve their health and wellbeing and that of their families. The panel will explore ways of on how companies can overcome a range of common constraints to improve the impact of their women economic empowerment.

How to identify qualified women and support a diversity-friendly culture in organizations – best practice examples.
