Underrepresentation of women in business is a missed opportunity, both from the social and economic perspectives. Women represent the largest market opportunity. When we invest in women, their communities, states and countries prosper, which generates a multiplier effect. However, making it in business is not easy, especially for women, who face many challenges, that men don´t. These include cultural and political barriers, a lack of mentoring and a serous lack of funding.
